From his first gig as an admittedly disgruntled dishwasher in his father’s kitchen, to building delicately balanced entrées as the executive chef of Deer Valley’s Seafood Buffet, Executive Chef Ryan Estel has been honing his culinary skills and mastering his craft for decades.
Ryan’s passion for the culinary world is only surpassed by his love for his family. When he isn’t carefully crafting dishes and chef’s specials for his guests at The Old Goat, he’s home with his wife and three beautiful girls, cooking BBQ, smoking meats and playing with food.
Sous Chef Luis Posada is excited to join his friend and mentor’s culinary dream. As sous, Luis brings his personal flavors, culinary experience and Mexican heritage to the table. Like Ryan, when he isn’t running TOG’s kitchen, Luis is at home with his lovely wife making family memories over shared plates of food.
